Joseph Randle, a former Dallas Cowboy running back, was charged on the suspicion of criminal threat, assault on a law enforcement officer, battery, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and interference with a law enforcement officer.Joseph RandleHe is being held on $25,000 bond, according to the Sumner County Sheriff’s office. With no court hearings scheduled Wednesday in Sumner County District Court, Randle will spend the holiday weekend in Sumner County Jail in Wellington unless he bonds out.Randle, who was released by the Cowboys earlier this month, has already been suspended by the NFL for four games for violating the leagueâ€™s personal conduct policy.According to a report on Kansas.com, Randle was at a blackjack table at about 10:30 p.m. when he became so belligerent that gaming table employees â€œordered him removed,â€ said Fred Waller, public information officer for the Kansas Gaming and Racing Commission in Topeka.â€œHe was being disruptive and belligerent to the table games people,â€ Waller said of Randle. â€œIt was enough they wanted him removed, which is their prerogative.â€As he was escorted from the gaming floor by orderlies, Randle began arguing with them, Waller said. When they reached the entry area, the altercation became physical.Sumner County Sheriffâ€™s Capt.
